By participating in the Intelply Beta Testing Program, you agree to test our news intelligence platform and provide feedback to help us improve the service. This is a pre-release version that may contain bugs, incomplete features, or other issues.
The beta software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The software may not function properly, may cause system crashes, data loss, or other issues. You acknowledge that this is experimental software and use it at your own risk.
As a beta tester, you agree to:
You agree to keep confidential all information about the beta software, including but not limited to features, functionality, performance, and any other proprietary information. You may not disclose, publish, or share screenshots, videos, or descriptions of the beta software without prior written consent from Intelply.

This data is collected solely for the purpose of improving the software and will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Either party may terminate your participation in the beta testing program at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using the beta software and delete all copies. We may also revoke your access to the beta software at our sole discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelply shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the beta software remain with Intelply. By providing feedback, you grant Intelply a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate your feedback into the software.
